Our cuisine is based on seasonal ingredients, carefully selected and sourced daily from local markets, where we rely on small local producers and suppliers. Every vegetable, spice and fruit we choose brings with it the character and flavour of the current season, offering a cuisine that evolves month after month, celebrating the natural cycle of ingredients.
This approach is also reflected in the creation of our menus, which are born out of dialogue between the customer and our chef.
